Andrew + Brittany - Wedding 2.0

Before the Pandemic, not many people could say they married the same person, twice. In 2020, 63% of engaged couples postponed their weddings. For Andrew and I, it was important to honor our original date and then celebrate with our loved ones at a later time. That time was June 2021 and WOW did that day deliver!

As a Wedding Planner, the pressure was on. It was important for me to plan OUR best day but not just in the role of a Wedding Planner but as a Bride as well. Andrew would probably say he didn’t need to be as involved as he was, but after all we are #teamBARTZ and he is my executive assistant at B-Rad- HA! Because of my amazing and unique couples, I have seen a lot of things that made me say “ooh I want that”, so narrowing down our must-have list was a group effort. It was so fun planning a day that was uniquely ours. Confession time… the upgraded Chivari chairs in our ballroom was not condoned by Andrew but ‘Happy Wife, Happy Life’ right??

From the start of the day we had a blast with our wedding parties, enjoyed a beautiful ceremony at the church I grew up in, raced a black cloud successfully to both picture locations, and had countless “pinch me” moments during our reception. Truly a day we could re-live over and over.

As always David from David Charles Productions ensured the dance floor was packed all night! Another vendor that gets a special shout-out is our photographer Janelle and her husband Brian from Janelle Rose Photography! They were a delight to work with and captured every aspect of the day so beautifully, even with a baby born DAYS before!

Every aspect of our day will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we could not thank our loved ones (+ vendors) enough for celebrating with us! Not to be dramatic or anything, but we already did this twice, why not do it again in a few years.. ;) Let me know if you want an invite! HA!
